What is AndesIA?
WhatsApp Business automation software. An AI assistant answers, replies to and manages your business's conversations, while your team oversees and continues them from a shared inbox.
Does it work with my current WhatsApp number?
Yes. We connect your number to the WhatsApp Business Platform at no extra cost, or give you a new one, also at no cost. Your customers keep writing to the same number and the number stays yours.
What happens when the AI doesn't know the answer?
It doesn't make things up. The conversation moves to the shared inbox with its full history, and once someone on your team takes the chat, the AI stops replying until it is marked as resolved.
Do you charge per message?
No. Each plan has a flat monthly fee with a conversation allowance. WhatsApp usage is billed by Meta directly to your business account, with no AndesIA markup.
How long does setup take?
5 to 7 business days. We configure the assistant with your services, prices and hours, and before switching it on we test it with 30 real customer questions so you can approve the replies.
Is my data separated from other businesses?
